Terrible service. We asked for an IPad, yesterday they should have delivered it to us but the package never arrived. At night they recorded that there was no one to receive the product, when we did not leave the house and we were on the phone all the time. At no time did they make a call to us and upload a photo to the platform that is not my husband's contact phone number. We have written to WhatsApp, Messenger and email and they do not answer, nor do they take calls. We are very upset with the company and the terrible service they provide.
