Went with facilitator to send docs back to the US. The young lady behind the counter spoke English and filled out the way bill for me. She was very polite and efficient (a rarity in EC). All in all a good experience that I would not hesitate to repeat on my own. The location was also a plus as it was very easy to get to, right across from Ashley Home Furniture.

Of the three international courier services, this is my favorite because of great service and lower prices. Had one glitch this time -- the website said my delivery was awaiting my pickup at my request. I wanted it delivered to my home. Turns out this message was in error, they were going to deliver to my home -- so a wasted trip. 2/2/22 I just used their servcies again today at their office. The staff was very kind and efficient. In this case, I used DHL to send materials to Guayaquil to renew my passport, and to enclose return shipping materials. The service agent understood what was need perfectly. Between my hearing difficulties and my so-so Spanish the agent worked with me to make sure that I understood everything -- quite a feat!

Absolute pants so far , I was charged over $80 for sending a passport to the UK and on return my address has changed from Cuenca to Guayaquil Ecuador for some reason , so , guess what , they can't deliver it!

I've never been so disappointed with a delivery service. I was charged one fee in U. S. which was over doubled price. When it was delivered to me they added another outrageous fee but it gets worse. The delivery guys added another fee when it was delivered. Felt like they took advantage of the situation because I had to receive packages with debit card in it. Won't be using DHL again.
