The attention from the staff is inefficient, THEY ARE NOT WORKING, it is the 5th time that I have difficulties receiving my packages. The postman Montoya reports that he could not deliver my packages, when he never arrived at my home. I have personally come to see my packages and I've already been waiting for an hour for them to give me some kind of solution and what they managed to tell me is that THE POSTMAN DOESN'T KNOW WHERE HE LEFT MY PACKAGES. Lack of professionalism from all staff.

I understand that they have nothing to do with the delay of deliveries from abroad. But when the package has arrived in the city it has taken me up to 3 days to get it out. They should attend at noon.
