One would think that by starting to charge almost 4 dollars per international package that comes in (which was totally free before (except for those that do not come in 4x4)) they would improve the service, but it has gotten even worse. Shipments take weeks, even months even when they are already here in Ecuador. They promise that if the tax is paid before the shipment enters Ecuador, the process takes up to 15 days, but it really does not matter if it is paid before or after, because it always takes longer than what they say to arrive at the destination. It's a pity that this is how the country's postal service works. At least I haven't lost any packages yet...
