Terrible service, send a package from La Troncal to Alausi, home delivery, Thursday today is Monday and IT DOES NOT ARRIVE AT THE RECIPIENT'S HANDS, Honestly they have disappointed me, I am going to send by Tramaco express they have whatsapp messenger and also package tracking by the web.. I do not recommend sending packages through this company. They do not even have a phone number to talk to them on WhatsApp or Messenger for claims. It is frustrating not having someone to turn to, someone who is responsible for so many shortcomings.
