Terrible service, they offered us to deliver something urgently in Bahía de Caráquez on the weekend and it was closed. Even though we went well before the "supposed" closing time. We had to return to Quito and the package stayed there, now we will have to pay for the package to be brought back to Quito. The neighbors of the place told us that they only went to take things down to the warehouse and left, I will never use their lousy "service" again. nothing recommended

A PC sent from Quito arrived fine. The opening hours in the call center indicated 8.00am but locally there was a sign at 8.30am and they opened 8.40am
