My experience. They had to take the delivery to my parish, the only rural one in Machala. It did not arrive, because they sent it to Santa Rosa and they only deliver on Monday and that day was Thursday. Almost 5 days. They gave me a number to contact whoever had the request and they never answered. I had to go on Tuesday because Monday did not arrive either, because they argued that the call did not go out and that the address was incomplete, when on my site there are only two long streets and everyone knows each other. Anyway. It remains to improve. But, I picked up the order in perfect condition.

Parcel delivery office in Santa Rosa. I feel that it could improve if they put two cashiers, one for people with up to four packages and another to serve people who arrive with five or more packages. Waiting for the only cajeta to serve you when there is someone in front of you with more than ten packages takes forever and patience does not last long.
