Terrible service that I received, I requested the parcel service, I asked on several occasions if my parcel would arrive the next day and they confirmed that yes, a situation that was not the case. They only justified that the truck was damaged and had to return to Guayaquil, at the freedom office they told me that perhaps the truck was full and my parcel was left for the next day, as a solution that my parcel would be delivered at 8:30 a.m. as priority. I honestly thought they would comply but they didn't. Very disappointed mrs. tramaco, improve your service or if you don't have enough transportation don't accept many parcels.
