I have tried to communicate with Patricia and Mateo (owners) for several days for a transfer from Tumbaco to Vilcabamba. Unfortunately - they don't answer my questions. When I call - Patricia tells me that Mateo is in the middle of his "masters" and that he can't answer me. Basically - a family company with a lack of professionalism. Not recommended.
